This is very interesting stuff; to me at least.

I believe in it 50%. I mean, I just read an article about a drastic climate change for Australia in a couple years. Like serious drastic climate change. Like... disastrous.

And since I posted in the alien thread a minute ago, I'll mention that I'd like to believe that aliens visited the Mayan civilization many, many years ago. That being said, the aliens (being far more intelligent than us) know something about the planet that we don't... or have told the Mayans that they wil return on this date and either make contact with humans or destroy them. Hahaha. Oh, I love this topic.

The Grand Canyon will not protect you.

A massive flood will cause the Colorado to surge and destroy everything in it's path, including whatever lies in the Grand Canyon.

BTW, ever see photos or hear descriptions of the Johnstown flood in PA... HOLY CRAP would that suck.

Yes I heard about that flood, I learn some of it in my PA history class. (from Erie PA)

We watched a movie on it, truely terrifying, and devasting.

You guys are crazy. I'm not afraid. It will be just like Y2K and everyone will gather hiding in there basements with a TV and a bunch of water and food supplies. Lol..... I remember my mom bought like 5 cases of water and other supplies b/c of Y2K.

Yeah.... I also remember people were covering there houses with plastic and stuff. I really didn't buy into it though and Dec. 12, 2012 will probably be the same way. Atleast let's hope so.
