| if nothing works, you'll have to service your computer. get a tech guy in to wipe it clean and reinstall windows. you cant copy anything either because it might be infected by now.

| AVG found like 15 trojans and alot of spyware, but my computer is still slow. It could be slow because I have multiple virus programs.

| is it the fully up to date AVG?
you could have just gotten a basic model. check if there are any updates.
also, go to your control panel and uninstall any programs you dont use

| Yeah its fully updated and I did uninstall some programs. The internet is pretty fast, but everything takes like 5-8 minutes to load up when I restart my computer.

That is the exact same thing that I got on my desktop. It was so bad it won't even let me re-format. I just went out and got a whole new hard drive and a virus program. Didn't install it yet but it is really messed up. I was told that Verizon has a nice program for 5 dollars a month that they do virus scans every 3 hours. I think its called security sweep...or something like that. I can't wait to get my desktop fixed because my laptop is alot slower.

Norton sucks. It uses to much memory on your computer and it slows your computer performance down.
Try ESET Smart Security. I use it and it's great! It uses ALOT less space/memory then other anti-virus programs and it updates almost every hour. Also it's one of the top rated anti-virus/anti-spyware programs on the market. On the ESET website you could find the latest version with a 30 trial. If you can't download the free trial then download the free online virus scanner. (If your going to download the ESET Smart Security then remove your anti-virus system that you have on your computer before downloading it, as it can create problems with your anti-virus program and computer).

| AVG took care of most of the viruses and spyware. Norton also found some and I now run both virus scans atleast once a day.

| Well that's good. I always check for updates for my computer or anti-virus system. Also I clean out my temporary internet files all the time and other things like files that I don't need.
But if you ever are looking for a new anti-virus I suggest that you try ESET  |
