| I think it's gotta be Chipper Jones. At the start of the 2008 season, most people thought he was a little bit "past his prime" and on the down-cline. Many fantasy owners starting shying away from him for his lack of stats the past season or two. This year, turns out he would be a big fantasy booster to those who took a chance with him and if he keeps playing this well, no doubt he should get the MVP.

| No way Chipper. It is Chase Utley. He is the best hitter so far in the MLB this year.

| Berkman continues to hit every night. So right now I would say Berkman is in the lead, but alot can happen before the end of the season.
