Suggestion about recruiting

That we need to recruit at a very high level. I belive that the boards are good enough to hold atleast anthor 200 members and we need to steal as many as possible. Good quailty posters from CF and CMB we have some of the good ones.

For the CMB guys do you think we have a chance of getting godfather/ obwan 14 or any of the long term members???

I want the board to live as long as possible so in order to do that I think we should have a recruiting forum.

Recruit everything from NBA/NFL/MLB/NHL/PGA/Tennis/NCCA sports/

I understand this will take time but my prospal would be having a recruiting team.

Team of about 5-10 quailty members.

I would offer to lead it if made.

We can't really advertise on the CMB b/c it's against the Boards rules, but since admin is not over there too much we should just make a thread and see who we can get. He would probably just hand out warnings. There aren't too many good posters on CF. We don't need Kurt,Jazmine,Ken and jeff over here...... There has been alot of improvement over here within the last month. New members are joining daily and it's beginning to become more active.

I don't think these boards will shut down unless Sportsguy closes them.....

I just think we need a little more activty and I am willing to be a recruiting leader and the only thread really active is the lounge.....Not the sports threads so we need to get some serious sports guys and lite up the sports section...Thats all I am doing.

But agian its still nice to add alot of newer guys, than be stuck at 400 members.

Just I think everyone should recruit about 5-10mins per a day and try to convince someone to look at the site.

I try and recruit almost everyday....that is part of my job here as an admin. But my opinion is that there needs to be more of a mix of fans so I am going to go through our fan polls and see what teams don't have any fans here and go to those sites.

we just need to recruit lots and not worry about organising.

all the admoins are hard at work recruiting and trying to get a chat going as well as moderating the boards etc.

if everybody just goes to lots of boards and scope out good podters to recruit
